Audio Ribbon Editor

The Audio Ribbon Editor provides a workspace for placing dynamic audio sources along spline paths. Create immersive environmental audio like flowing rivers, wind tunnels, forest or coastal ambiences which intelligently tracks the listener’s position along the path.

Perfect for adding linear audio sources that need to move dynamically to provide the most realistic sound experience relative to the camera or vehicle.

Quick Start

  1. Add a new audio ribbon and draw your path by clicking on the map
  2. Select your emitter type (Single Ambient or Quad 4-Channel)
  3. Assign FMOD events to the emitter channels
  4. Conform to surface to automatically snap the ribbon to terrain or rivers
