No sound can be heard

  • Ensure audio can be heard from other programs. If audio is muted for all programs, you need to fix that first.
  • Ensure system-wide volume is correct and not muted.
  • Ensure the in-game Options > Audio volume sliders are correct.
  • Ensure you have selected the correct audio device as the default.
  • Ensure the audio device is not configured to allow ’exclusive control’, or close any programs that may have ’exclusive control’ (such as Voicemeeter).
